Dr.Raquel Empedrad, M.D.

Dr. Empedrad is a highly trained board certified allergist and immunologist. Dr. Empedrad has been practicing Allergy and asthma for 20 years.
Dr. Empedrad performed her Internal Medicine training at Nassau University Medical Center/ SUNY at Stony Brook in Long Island, NY. Then completed her Allergy and Immunology Fellowship training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas, Texas. She had special training in Clinical Laboratory Immunology at the University of California, Irvine. And reproductive immunology at Finch University / The Chicago Medical School.
Prior to joining a private practice she was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Illinois.
She was named NJ Top Docs for 2020. Dr. Empedrad sees patients in our Edison and Matawan office.
